I am the chef and owner I started making pizza at 15 years old and really had a passion for food went to le cordon blu and got my associates in culinary, I've been working in miami for the last 15 years from pizzerias all the way up to fine dining my last job before coming back home to Springfield I was the executive chef for dwayne wade and udonis haslem for 2 years now im home and came back to the pizza business but we are not your ordinary pizzeria we also do things like roasted chicken , salmon fresh burgers ,housemade desserts and there will be more to come
